1. Using BitConverter.ToString() Method

First you need to get byte array using Encoding.Default.GetBytes() and pass the string as parameter, then use BitConverter.ToString() to converts the values of each element of a specified array of bytes to its equivalent hexadecimal string representation.

Example

using System;
using System.Linq;
using System.Text;

public class Program
{
	public static void Main()
	{
            string decString = "9876543210";
            byte[] bytes = Encoding.Default.GetBytes(decString);
            string hexString = BitConverter.ToString(bytes);
            Console.WriteLine(hexString);
	}
}

Output

	{
            string decString = "9876543210";
            var hexString = string.Join("-", decString.Select(c => String.Format("{0:X2}", Convert.ToInt32(c))));
