EXECUTE DBMS_ERRLOG.CREATE_ERROR_LOG('EXAMPLE', NULL, NULL, NULL, TRUE);

Make writing operation with SQL:

INSERT INTO EXAMPLE (COL1) VALUES ('example')
LOG ERRORS INTO ERR$_EXAMPLE reject limit unlimited;
